Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your pottery.

Secure Packaging

Carefully wrap your items in their original honeycomb wrap or biodegradable padding to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit back to our studio.

Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location; please retain your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items for damage, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
